TERMS OF USE / LICENSE for Hired Design Studio.
TEMPLATES ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY AND MAY NOT BE RESOLD OR REDISTRIBUTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. By otherwise downloading or using Hired Design Studio’s templates, you agree to be bound by the terms of the end user template agreement, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement, and you represent and warrant that you have all authority necessary to bind yourself to this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use the templates. If you purchase our templates and then re-sell them as your own, I do take notice and you will be penalized.
END USER AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a contract between you (as defined below) and Hired Design Studio setting forth the terms and conditions upon which you are granted a license to use the graphic design templates (“Templates”) that you acquire from Hired Design Studio “You” shall refer to the person acquiring the Templates.
1. Templates License.
Upon payment of the applicable purchase fee, Hired Design Studio here by grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to reproduce, modify and create derivative works of the templates you have acquired solely for PERSONAL USE ONLY, subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA. You understand and agree that templates are licensed, not sold, any that use of templates or any of the content contained there in other than in accordance with the terms of this EULA is unlicensed and unauthorized and may also violate applicable law, including copyright, trademark and other rights of the owner of such template.
2. Template License Limitations.
All rights not expressly granted to you under this agreement are reserved to Hired Design Studio and its licensors. Without limiting the foregoing, you will not do, or authorize or permit any third party to do, any of the following: (a) sublicense, sell, publish, post, display, distribute or otherwise transfer the templates or make them available online or for download without prior written consent from Hired Design Studio. You will not do, or authorize or permit any third party to do, the following: sell printed versions of the templates to a third party without prior written consent from Hired Design Studio.
3. Rights in Template.
The templates are the valuable property of Hired Design Studio and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties.
4. Payment.
The license granted here in is conditioned upon payment of, and you agree to pay, the license fee applicable to the templates you acquire. You are solely responsible for (a) all applicable taxes; and (b) timely payment of all such license fees. Hired Design Studio shall be entitled to reimbursement from you for any fees expended in enforcing rights under this EULA, including but not limited to, collection and legal fees for collecting payment. You represent that all information provided to Hired Design Studio relating to Your license and use of the templates, including but not limited to, credit card and payment information, is true and correct. All european union buyers will have VAT (value-added tax) added to the final price, as it is demanded by law in these countries for all digital purchases.
5. Payment Service Provided by Gumroad.
Gumroad is a service for creators to sell their work. They host our files, process our payments, and deliver our files to our customers. So, when your credit card statement or PayPal dashboard shows “Gumroad” payments, that just means you’ve supported a creator who uses Gumroad, thanks!!
6. Refund Policy.
Yes you can!! We know you love your template as much as we do, but, if for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, and Resume template, feel free to request a change or even a refund. YOUR ORDER IS NO RISKS AND it is 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. For us, a happy customer always has more value than the price of our templates.
Therefore, if any of these situations occur to you:
- You have downloaded the template but after opening it you realized that it does not fit your needs”
- You were not able to edit your resume or you find the edition of your template more difficult than expected.
- The template does not work right on your computer.
We assure you that all our templates are tested on several computers before putting them on sale but We also understand that sometimes, computing is a bit “capricious” and errors can arise in the computers of our customers that are foreign to us. Don’t worry you can ask for a new template or a refund.
- Any other “scenario” that makes you unhappy with your purchase is also eligible for exchange or return.
7. Instant Digital Downloads.
100% of the purchases in our shop are an instant digital download. Add to the cart your favorite template, add your email address and credit card details or checkout with PayPal, and them, once the payment is confirmed you will get a download link screen and you can view your files by clicking on “View product” and then, clicking on “Download”. Also you will receive an email sent to your inbox.
8. Customer Support.
After your resume is complete, if you wish you can email it to us for a formatting alignment/cleanup to ensure your resume is perfect before you send it out! We can help you with final formatting, but at Hired Design Studio we do not provide resume writting service and phone support.
